This prop­erty in Wem­b­ley is a mid ter­race early 1900s prop­erty in need of some TLC. Be Con­struc­tive was asked to insu­late the entire prop­erty, front and back with our Kreisel sys­tem. The rear exten­sion, as with many prop­er­ties of this type, was sin­gle brick at just 12cm thick. Insu­lat­ing this incred­i­bly exposed area has com­pletely changed the abil­ity to retain heat in this part of the prop­erty, and sig­nif­i­cantly improved the con­den­sa­tion issues that kept appear­ing in the win­ter months at the rear of the prop­erty.
