Render detailing with solid wall insulation

One thing you tend to see with these sorts of properties is coloured detailing with brickwork or paint. It can be tricky to reproduce this look and make sure that the property is in keeping with the rest of the street. Notice on the corner of the property the dark red render – this is a pigment mixed into the render, so you can be sure that the detail will stay in excellent condition for at least 25 years. You will also notice under the bay window that the red render has been used again to replicate the red brick work that is seen on the rest of the street.

Also notice the smooth finish around the bays – this is the result of a bendable slim insulation fitted around the brickwork to allow a curved effect with the render.
