This job was a relatively simple one for the team, taking just over a week to complete from start to finish. As you can see the existing brick wall was covered with a dated pebbledash, however the new finish has really smartened up the existing property. The key for this job was to keep the existing detailing around the windows and doors – this was a key requirement from the homeowner. This was achieved using slightly different depths of EPS insulation around the different features.
Colour renders – endless possibilities to finish off your home!
The property was finished with the silicone silicate render in an off white picked from our detailed colour chart. All our renders are mixed here in the office and we produce test boards for clients to check prior to rendering the property to ensure the colour is exactly the one that was desired.
