Exter­nal wall insu­la­tion Palmers Green

This is a semi-detached prop­erty in Palmers Green. The house orig­i­nally had red painted bricks and tiles. We installed         with an off-white top coat ren­der. Notice that the alley at the side is par­tic­u­larly nar­row, which caused us a few issues get­ting a scaf­fold set up that was nar­row enough to fir in the alley. Fur­ther, rather than alter the gate, which would require tak­ing a sec­tion out of the metal gate and reweld­ing it, we cham­fered the wall to ensure the gate opened cor­rectly, and did not require any adjust­ment at all.

After the insu­la­tion was installed, we car­ried out some extra work, as the cus­tomer wanted his tiles painted to match his mahogany-coloured win­dows. We also sourced and fit­ted new match­ing win­dowsills with a wood grain effect. We are always happy to go the extra mile to make sure the cus­tomer is left with a fin­ish they’re really happy with.
