We had one more project in Kingston area before the end of this year. The customer wanted to insulate only the window bay, applied pebble dash and paint the front wall. After our visit and long conversation, we were recommending to apply our top quality render because of his self-cleaning and flexible specification.
Our specialist always cares for customers property like for their one, that is why to convince the customer that render will be a lot of better option than Pebbledash, we offered our products and service for this same price!
The customer also agreed to our suggestions about additional insulation of 50 mm either side of bays and upgrade insulation to 100 mm around the bay.
We care also for neighbours!
With jobs like this, we need to be extra careful with neighbors properties. Before we will apply primer and EPS boards, we need to prepare maximum surface adhesion. That is why we are taking out all lose pebbledash. This action can lead to damages neighboring walls – we need to put extra protection to ensure this will not going to happen.
Even thought the project was small and took a couple of days we carry with a high-quality standard like always. For this project, we used both 100 mm and 50 mm EPS Platinium Grey Insulation and Silicone – Silicate render 1.5 mm in light grey colour (colour number 27345).
