External wall insulation bristol – Cotham

During the year of 2013 Bristol community was participating in Green Deal opportunity to reduce CO2 emission and insulate their houses. Green Deal is gone from couple of years however, Be Constructive is helping customers to get a funding to install insulation system and this is why in begging of 2016 we had a couple of customers which decide to decrease their electricity bills and make their homes warmer. Especially, one property was a challenging project. One hundred and sixty square meters with old soffits in bad conditions.
As Be Constructive recommended before installing EWI PRO system the team replace the soffits boards with completely new material. Using 100 mm of platinum grey expanded polystyrene insulation board and EWI PRO mortar EWI-220 we prepared the warm and solid layers for Silicone – Silicate texture finish. After transformation from old and cracking building to beauty and posh resident, customers was delighted with our service!
